Ciji Joseph

Ciji Joseph currently serves as Professional Services Head at Concierto.Cloud, leading partner success and innovation since June 2024. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Trianz since 2009, where Ciji holds the title of Associate Vice President, focusing on growth and innovation in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security practices, with responsibilities in practice growth, portfolio expansion, and P&L management. Prior roles at Trianz include Director, Associate Director for IMS, and Principal Architect for IT Service Management (ITSM), and Project Manager. Ciji's early career included a significant role at Megasoft as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in IBM Tivoli Maximo and TADDM products, contributing to the TADDM development team. Ciji holds a B-Tech in Electronics Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Adoor.
