Rafa Guerra

Rafa Guerra has extensive experience in project management and IT operations, currently serving as the IT Project Administrator at Triara since May 2017. Prior to this role, Rafa worked as a Project Manager at Axtel from August 2013 to April 2017, where responsibilities included managing data center operations and ensuring business continuity through effective support of IT applications globally. Additionally, Rafa successfully coordinated the AFIRME TV project, overseeing multiple vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation. Previously, Rafa held the position of Customer Process Owner at Alestra from June 1996 to August 2013, focusing on defining, implementing, and improving operational processes, as well as overseeing ISO and ITIL audit programs. Rafa Guerra holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from UANL, earned between 1990 and 1996.
