Javier Muñoz

Javier Martínez Urbiola is an experienced professional in retail and marketing, currently serving as Líder de Sector Proyectos and Líder de Sector Rehabilitación at Leroy Merlin - España since January 2024. Prior to this role, Javier held various management positions at Decathlon España from January 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading human resources projects and managing teams of up to 16 individuals.
