Kendra Helms

Kendra Helms is a compliance professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving in a global compliance role at Tricon Energy since September 2022. Prior to this position, Kendra held various compliance and legal leadership roles, including Director of Compliance and Legal and Compliance Consultant at Altis International from September 2019 to September 2022. Kendra's earlier experience includes managerial roles in business and corporate compliance at Direct Energy, as well as compliance management positions at LyondellBasell and Cudd Energy Services. Kendra began their career as a compliance manager at Smith International and worked as a litigation paralegal at Howrey LLP. Kendra earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University in 2002.
