Sara Kozomora

Sara Kozomora, LSW, currently serves as an Intake Specialist at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare, a position held since March 2022, with prior experience in the same role at Thresholds from September 2020 to May 2022. In these roles, responsibilities included providing intake and mental health assessment services across various community settings and collaborating with leadership on risk and safety assessments.
