Rachel Morgan

Rachel Morgan is an accomplished executive in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Trimont since October 2023. With previous roles as Partner and Head of Portfolio Realisation at Zetland Capital Partners LLP, and Senior Director at Mountstreet, Rachel has extensive experience managing large portfolios of defaulted CRE loans across Europe. Notably, at Mountstreet, Rachel developed a high-performing team responsible for over €5 billion in loans while significantly increasing loan volume under management. Prior roles at Morgan Stanley involved overseeing a £10 billion book of CRE loans, managing a large team, and driving service excellence across various jurisdictions. Rachel began their career as an analyst at Coastal Capital Real Estate Advisors and Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance, building a strong foundation in underwriting and property management. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in History and Psychology from Union College.
