Bonnie Yeomans, Esq., CIPP/E CIPP/US, serves as Chief Privacy Officer at HCL Software since October 2020, bringing extensive experience in privacy law and regulatory compliance. Previously, Bonnie held senior roles, including Senior Privacy Counsel at IAC Consumer Applications and Portals, Special Privacy Counsel at Proskauer Rose LLP, and Chief Privacy Officer and Assistant General Counsel at CA Technologies. Bonnie's career at CA Technologies also included titles such as VP of Regulatory Compliance and VP of Software Licensing. Bonnie began a legal career as Counsel at On-Line Software International after earning a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yeshiva University.
