Darren P. Mareiniss, MD, JD, MBE, FACEP, currently serves as Chairman at Trinitas Regional Medical Center since July 2022 and is a Critical Care Physician at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center since August 2016. Previous roles include Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Assistant Program Director of the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Einstein Healthcare Network, and Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Darren has also held positions as Chairman of the Ethics Committee and Attending Physician in Emergency Medicine at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, as well as Emergency Medicine Faculty at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Training consisted of residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, following an AB in Genetics & Developmental Biology from Dartmouth College, an MD from NYU Grossman School of Medicine, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and a Master's in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
