Antoinette Green-Hubbard

Antoinette Green-Hubbard has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on diversity, inclusion, and professional coaching within healthcare and energy sectors. Since July 2016, Antoinette has led the development of internal coaches at Trinity Health as the former Vice President of Professional Coaching Services and Equal Opportunity Programs. Concurrently, since November 2010, Antoinette serves as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion, spearheading strategic initiatives for D&I across the organization. Prior to these roles, Antoinette directed diversity efforts at Trinity Health System from 2007 to 2010 and managed HR compliance and diversity initiatives at CenterPoint Energy from 1997 to 2007. Antoinette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University and a Master of Arts in Cross Cultural Studies from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
