Veena Lakkundi

Veena Lakkundi currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Rockwell Automation, leading enterprise strategy, ROK Star Ventures, and Mergers and Acquisitions since November 2021. Lakkundi is also a board member at Claroty, where responsibilities include securing cyber-physical systems across various environments, and serves on the board of Trinity Industries, Inc., participating in audit and governance committees. Previously, Lakkundi held multiple senior roles at 3M from 1994 to 2021, including Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development and Vice President of the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division, along with significant contributions to business development, marketing, and compliance. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western University.
