Vincent Gu

Vincent Gu currently serves as HRBP & Regional HR Director at Trip.com since September 2024. Previously, Vincent held the role of Business Partner at HoYoverse from June 2023 to September 2024. From July 2018 to June 2023, Vincent was the Head of HRBP for TikTok Shop, overseeing HR strategy and a 40+ FTE HRBP team across APAC, EMEA, and the US. Additional experience includes positions such as Head of HRBP for North East Asia at bilibili Group, Head of HR for Japan at DJI, HR Director at Deloitte, Payroll and Benefits Leader for North Asia at General Electric, HR Manager at Fujitsu, Service Delivery Manager at ADP, and International Assignment Service Consultant at PwC. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Japanese from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, obtained in 2007.
