Dave Cayem

Dave Cayem is an experienced leader in community management and customer engagement, currently serving as the Head of Forum Moderation at TripAdvisor since March 2018. Cayem is also the Founder of LinkStac.kr, a tool designed to enhance social networking capabilities, initiated in September 2016. Previous professional roles include Senior Director of Customer Operations at Booster.com, Director of Customer Engagement & Community at CustomMade Ventures, and Vice President & Chief Community Officer at Delphi Forums. With a strong background in managing online communities and customer service, Cayem has held significant positions in various organizations, including Mzinga and Prospero Technologies. Educationally, Cayem holds a BS in Journalism from Boston University.
