Prior to this role, Ramsen held various positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from January 2005 to September 2022, including Senior Portfolio Delivery Consultant, IT QA Test Manager, Supervisor of Load and Performance Testing, Information Technology Quality Assurance Consultant, and I.T. Tools Support. With a strong emphasis on project delivery, stakeholder management, and quality assurance testing, Ramsen's extensive experience enhances operational efficiency and alignment with business needs. Ramsen holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
