Arthur Jackson

Arthur Jackson is a Business Management Trainee at Triumvirate Environmental, responsible for the implementation of Oracle ERP/CRM architecture, providing feedback, training personnel, and mastering new systems. Previously, Arthur served as a Rental Coordinator and IT Support at Resolute Industrial, where enhancements in ERP and CRM communication were achieved. At Rise Up Coffee Roasters, customer interactions were prioritized while ensuring efficient operations in a high-quality coffee environment. As a Management and Sales Intern at Sherwin-Williams, Arthur contributed to the team's success in regional competitions. Additional experience includes roles as a Cashier at Ronnie's Beverage Warehouse and a Crew Member/Shift Manager at Dunkin' Brands, where strategies to improve productivity and customer service were implemented. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Salisbury University and is currently pursuing further education at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
