Ayanika Maji

Ayanika Maji is currently serving as Assistant Manager - International Business at TRL KROSAKI Refractories Limited since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ayanika worked as a Senior Engineer at Tega Industries from August 2022 to October 2024, contributing expertise in AutoDesk Inventor, DEM Simulation, 3D modeling, 2D drawing, ESG compliance, marketing and communications, product development, and providing technical support to sales. Ayanika also gained valuable experience through a variety of internships and plant visits, including a summer internship at TDK and an internship trainee position at National Refractories. Ayanika earned a Bachelor of Technology in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Calcutta University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Vidyasagar University.
