She is the VP of People at Feedback Loop where she oversees people processes and policies that build and enhance the employee experience, including organizational development, HR strategy, culture initiatives, talent management, and talent acquisition. With 15+ years of experience, she built her career working in the tech, publishing, e-commerce, and digital media space and has extensive experience building and leading teams through different stages of company growth, labor relations, and M&A transactions. Marjorie loves to travel, has made it to six out of the seven continents.
