Tana Heer

Tana Heer, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People Partner at Zeta Global, a position held since September 2024. Concurrently, Tana is a Troop Member at TroopHR, a national HR network aimed at empowering people professionals. Previously, Tana was the Director of People at Pinckney Hugo Group, leading strategic people initiatives, and held the role of Senior Manager, People Operations at Bonterra. Tana's earlier experience includes significant positions at Network for Good, Robert Half, and Houlihan Lokey, with a solid foundation in people strategy, talent acquisition, and operational excellence. Tana holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
