Anne Broeksma

Anne Broeksma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fundraising and writing. Currently serving as a freelance fundraiser for Utrecht University since February 2023, Anne co-founded Environmental Grants in March 2020, which focuses on promoting funding for wildlife and nature conservation globally. Anne has a strong background in literary contributions, writing poetry, short stories, and literary non-fiction for Uitgeverij Atlas Contact since August 2014, while also functioning as a freelance journalist for various renowned publications since November 2017. Previously, Anne held significant roles in fundraising at Museum Catharijneconvent and Free Press Unlimited, enhancing fundraising efforts for important causes. Anne holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degree in Dutch Language and Literature from Utrecht University, complemented by a BA minor in History.
