Wilson Griffin

Wilson Griffin is an experienced executive in the sustainability and e-commerce sectors, currently serving on the executive team at Trove since its acquisition of Recurate in August 2024. Prior to joining Trove, Wilson co-founded and led Recurate as CEO, providing a seamless e-commerce integration for resale directly from brand websites. Before that, Wilson held the position of Director of Sustainable Innovation at Gap Inc., where responsibilities included leading renewable energy strategies and implementing waste diversion solutions. As the founder of Produce Fresh Apparel, a sustainable menswear brand, Wilson demonstrated a commitment to environmentally friendly practices. Early career experience includes various roles at Rainforest Alliance, where Wilson managed sustainable sourcing relationships and developed market strategies. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University.
