Anne Fleshman

Anne Fleshman serves as the Vice President of Operational Data Management and Governance at T. Rowe Price, where responsibility includes leading the Data Governance and Data Management team and developing frameworks for Data Governance and Data Quality. Previous experience includes a role as Program Manager at ManTech International, where Anne spearheaded the Data Center of Excellence and implemented comprehensive data strategies. As the owner of Baltimore Contained LLC, Anne focused on urban garden design and installation. Earlier in Anne's career at Zurich Financial Services, significant contributions were made as an Enterprise Project Manager, achieving notable improvements in productivity and economic value. Anne holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Widener University.
