Ryan Mussell

Ryan Mussell is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various restaurant settings. Currently serving as Executive Chef at True Food Kitchen since June 2021, Ryan previously held positions such as Executive Sous Chef and Senior Kitchen Manager at Grand Lux Cafe and P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. A progression of roles includes Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef at P.F. Chang’s, and Desinator Corporate Trainer at The Cheesecake Factory. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Massachusetts Bay Community College, completed in 2008.
