Sam Robertson

Sam Robertson is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently employed at True Footage since November 2021, Sam contributes to a platform that enhances real estate data authentication and streamlines appraisal processes. Prior to this role, Sam worked with Cole and Company Appraisal Services, progressing from a Trainee to a Certified Appraiser, and held positions as a Credit Analyst at both Pacific Continental Bank and First State Bank, where expertise included analyzing financial statements and underwriting loan requests. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service and lending assistance at First State Bank and Walmart, respectively. Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of North Texas.
