Paula Davis has extensive experience in leadership roles within financial services, currently serving as Managing Director of Partnership Integration and Partner at True North Advisors since May 2005. In this capacity, Paula oversees the onboarding of new advisory firms, focusing on client success and financial performance. Additionally, as Managing Director of Dallas, Paula manages the Wealth Management and Wealth Planning teams, emphasizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior roles at True North include Vice President of Client Experience and Vice President of Operations, where Paula crafted exceptional client experiences and fostered a positive corporate culture. Before joining True North, Paula worked as Director of Administration and Business Manager at Tin Star Restaurants. Paula holds a BBA in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Certificate of Graduate Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
