Mike Oakman

Mike Oakman is the Chairman at TrueCoders. Prior to that, they were the EVP of Technology at Healthgrades from January 2019 to December 2021. Mike was also the Chief Operating Officer at Influence Health from April 2015 to January 2019, and Officer | Business Process Consultant | LSSBB at FourMetrics.com from September 2012 to April 2015.

Mike has over 25 years of experience in wealth management, business process outsourcing, and customer support. Mike has helped companies implement meaningful AGILE programs to improve their sales, operations, software implementation, and application engineering.

Some of their notable clients include ITAC Solutions, Telegraph Branding, Platypi, and TradeStation.

Mike Oakman's educational career includes completing an executive program in leadership of professional services firms at Harvard Business School. Mike also holds a BS in international marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt. Additionally, they are certified by Pragmatic Marketing in Pragmatic Marketing.
