Bright Owusu-Ansah

Bright Owusu-Ansah, CISSP, currently serves as a Cybersecurity Consultant at Truist since October 2023. Previously, Bright worked at KPMG US from August 2021 to August 2023, holding positions as Manager and Senior Associate in CyberSecurity Consulting. Bright's experience includes a role as a Network Operations Specialist with the Virginia State Police and SOC Engineer at Capital One, where tenure extended from May 2015 to June 2021, including leadership as Team Lead-SOC Analyst. Additional experience includes internships at YMCA of Greater Richmond and Tidewater Physical Therapy, as well as positions in security and fitness management at Allied Universal and XSport Fitness, respectively. Bright holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Security Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, complemented by a Psychology Minor.
