K. David Boyer

K. David Boyer is currently the Director at Truist. K. has previously held the position of Chair of the IT Sub-Committee at Chief Executive Organization from November 2011 to November 2015. In this role, they led the IT initiative and implementation for the organization. Prior to that, they were with the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development. Before that, they were with USAID from January 2008 to December 2009 as the Senior Advisor and Director of Global Development Alliance for US Agency for International Development. In this role, they successfully led the agency’s initiative to vastly increase development resources through public-private partnerships.

Mr. Boyer started their educational career by obtaining a certificate of completion in business administration and management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. K. then went on to obtain an MS in human development intervention and clinical psychology from Penn State University. Finally, they obtained their BA in psychology from Penn State University in 1973. In addition to their academic degrees, Mr. Boyer has also obtained certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors in both the NACD Board Leadership Fellow and 2016 NACD/ISA Cyber Summit Certificate programs.
