K David Boyer

K. David Boyer, Jr. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in governance and strategic leadership across various organizations. Currently serving on the Corporate Board of Directors for the Virginia Community Development Fund since January 2024, K. David Boyer has been with Truist since November 2009, holding roles as a Corporate Board Director and Chair of the Trust Committee. Previous positions include Chair of the Risk and Technology Committee at VCDC, Treasury Board member for the Commonwealth of Virginia, and leadership roles at the Chief Executive Organization, where K. David Boyer chaired the IT Sub-Committee. Educationally, K. David Boyer holds a Master's degree in Human Development Intervention and Clinical Psychology as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University, and a certificate in Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
