Karl Long CPCU, ARM, ARe, AIC currently serves as the Executive Director of Risk and Health Safety Environmental at Trulieve since January 2023. Previously, Karl held the position of Director of Risk Management at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc. from April 2020 to October 2021. Karl's experience includes roles as a Certified RiskScore Practicing Partner and Vice President - Risk Consultant at the Insurance Office of America from August 2018 to October 2021, and as Vice President - Risk Consultant - Senior Broker at ECM Solutions from September 2009 to August 2018, where expertise involved identifying and implementing Expense Reduction Strategies through a collaborative Risk Exposure Assessment Process. Karl holds a BA in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of South Carolina and is a decorated combat veteran with a background in Weapons and Electronics from the United States Air Force.
