The Management and Operations team at TruMark Financial Credit Union oversees and optimizes the union’s banking, investing, and insurance services. This includes managing e-commerce platforms, software engineering projects, loan origination processes, organizational performance, retail division operations, and loan policies. The team ensures efficient, secure, and member-focused operations across all 23 branches and digital services.
