Dan Shanahan

Dan Shanahan, MBA, is an accomplished Project Manager currently with Trumark Homes since November 2024, previously serving in a similar role at Toll Brothers from April 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing large-scale community projects. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Ten-X as Director of Account Management, overseeing significant real estate transactions, as well as positions at Opus Bank and Chase Bank, focusing on property analysis and commercial lending. Dan holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California.
