Janine McArdle

Janine McArdle is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the oil, gas, and LNG sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Antero Midstream Corporation and Santos Ltd, McArdle is involved in various committees focused on audit, risk, sustainability, and governance. As CEO and Founder of Apex Strategies, McArdle leads a global consultancy providing advisory services to industry clients. Previous roles include senior leadership positions at Apache Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed global gas monetization and worldwide oil and gas marketing, as well as directorships at Halcon Resources Corporation and participation on the board of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program. McArdle holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, complemented by certifications in cybersecurity oversight and global leadership.
