Jonas Steiling

Jonas Steiling currently serves as the Head of Product Management for Commercial Solutions (Software) at TRUMPF, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jonas co-founded and was the CEO of Optimate GmbH from August 2020 to October 2024, where extensive experience in strategic planning, product development, and team leadership was gained. Jonas also worked as an Intrapreneur for Digital Business Models at TRUMPF Innovation Harbour and developed innovative digital business strategies from May 2018 to August 2020. Early career experiences include a Master Thesis at STIHL Gruppe, various engineering internships, and academic roles, culminating in a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Clausthal and a Bachelor of Engineering from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences.
