Mia Seputra

Mia Seputra is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Trust Bank Singapore since October 2023. Previously, Mia held various senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank from April 2008 to October 2023, including Senior Audit Manager for Retail Banking, Country Collection Head, and Risk Manager. Additional roles at Standard Chartered involved managing the Credit Initiation team for unsecured products and facilitating process improvements through the RIE and Kaizen frameworks. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Black Belt at GE Money Indonesia and serving as MBOS Staff at PT. Pindo Deli Pulp & Paper. Mia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, earned between 1996 and 2001.
