Margo Broeren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and communications, currently serving as a Product Owner for Digital Service and Customer Experience Consultant at TruStage since February 2014. Margo's responsibilities include designing agile team experiences grounded in customer needs and leading journey mapping workshops to enhance customer experiences. Prior to this role, Margo held positions including Senior Ecommerce Experience Lead at TruStage and Communications Director at both the Wisconsin Energy Institute and the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center, focusing on project management, editorial direction, and brand management.
