Kim Shanahan

Kim Shanahan is the Director at Truvelop. Kim has over twenty years of experience in human resources and management consulting. Shanahan started their career at Avascent, a management consulting firm, where they worked for three years as an associate. Kim then transitioned to Heidrick & Struggles, a executive search firm, where they worked for five years as the Senior Associate-in-Charge of the Telecom Practice. After that, they moved to MCI, where they spent two years as the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development. Shanahan then spent eight years at Korn/Ferry International, first as the Managing Director/Leader of the Human Resources Practice, and then as a member of the firm's Technology and Board and CEO Practices. Prior to joining Truvelop, Shanahan was with accelHRate LLC.

Kim Shanahan has a B.S. in Finance with a Double Major in Communications from Virginia Tech. Kim also has certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in Hogan Assessment Certification.
