Josh Freeman

Josh Freeman is the outside general counsel at TruVest. Prior to that, they were an attorney at Mitchell Barlow & Mansfield, Shumway Van & Hansen, and Holman & Walker LC. Josh has also worked as an assistant property manager at Glenwood Intermountain Properties, Inc.

Josh Freeman has experience in a variety of business and real estate transactions, including private equity and angel investing, business entity formation and deal structure, financing and private lending transactions, securities compliance, private securities offerings, joint ventures, commercial leasing, entertainment law, intellectual property licensing, and trademark and copyright law. Josh also practices in estate and tax planning, including wills, trusts, and charitable organizations.

Josh Freeman graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Humanities. Josh then went on to attend the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where they earned their J.D.
