Shab Hayati

Shab Hayati has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the AVP of Consumer Lending Operations at TruWest Credit Union since June 2015. Prior roles at TruWest include Consumer Lending Operations Manager and eBranch Department Manager. Prior to TruWest, Shab held the position of Branch Manager at U.S. Bank from January 2006 to June 2015. Shab holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University (2018-2023) and has earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
