Swapna Makam

Swapna Makam is an experienced Data Reporting Analyst at Trystar since February 2022 and has served as a Techno-Functional Consultant at JunoPacific since October 2015, specializing in data conversion and migration processes. In addition to professional roles, Swapna has been a dedicated volunteer at Rising Star Outreach of India since February 2017, focusing on data streamlining and business process automation. Previous positions include Data Migration Lead at Clasen Quality Chocolate and various data migration specialist roles across companies such as Volm Companies Inc. and Federated Co-ops Inc. Swapna holds a Master of Science in Business Intelligence from Saint Joseph's University and multiple undergraduate degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and the University of Louisville, along with certifications in CPIM and CSCP training from APICS and Oracle Apps - SCM Modules training from Oracle University.
