I-An Wei

I-An Wei is an experienced process engineer currently working at TSMC since June 2024. Prior to this role, I-An served as a research fellow at the Development Center for Biotechnology, where analytical characterization of antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and mRNA was conducted, alongside leading a protein characterization group. I-An's academic background includes a PhD in Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry from Florida State University, where I-An also worked as a graduate research assistant, developing microfluidic platforms and preparing fluorescence-labeled insulin. Additionally, I-An contributed to proteomics research as a graduate research assistant and teaching assistant at National Taiwan Normal University, earning a Master's degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
