MacAllister Bishop

Macallister Bishop is an Equipment Engineer at TSMC since May 2024, responsible for maintaining equipment performance in a clean room environment and managing alarm troubleshooting, equipment installation, and root cause analysis for critical issues. Previously, Macallister served as a Technical Equipment Engineer at Ecomicron Inc., where process enhancements were implemented using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and product innovations were developed in collaboration with Account Managers and engineers. Prior experience includes a role as a Photonic Devices Engineer at Intelligent Fiber Optic Systems Corporation, managing government contracts and executing successful presentations that supported product commercialization. As an intern at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Macallister researched and designed silicon nitride waveguides, improving fabrication processes. Macallister holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, earned in 2022.
