Chris Passmore

Chris Passmore, M.Ed., currently serves as the Director of Client Solutions at TSP, a Syneos Health company, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions including Lead Recruiter for Clinical & Regulatory at Stratacuity and Talent Lead at Third Rock Ventures, where expertise in talent acquisition and executive search within the life sciences sector was developed. Additional experience includes an Executive Search Consultant role at Slone Partners and Partner at PharmaLogics Recruiting, where significant contributions to business development and recruiting processes were made. Earlier career roles included positions in basketball coaching and mental health as a Clinician, complemented by entrepreneurial experience in car detailing. Chris holds a Master's in Education specializing in Guidance and Counseling and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Providence College.
