Arnab Kr. Ray

Arnab Kr. Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President for APAC- Engage at TTEC since April 2022, Arnab has previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Genpact from November 2001 to April 2022. Prior to that, Arnab worked as a Training Manager at Marybrowns during a critical transition phase in operations and has also contributed to Yum Brands as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in India, focusing on restaurant development and service implementation. Arnab holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Finance, and Analytics from the Asian Institute of Management and has completed executive education programs at prestigious institutions including the University of California, Berkeley, and Duke University.
