Heather D'Amico

Heather D'Amico is an experienced professional in systems management and talent development, currently serving as the Manager of Systems & Learning at Tucson Airport Authority since May 2021. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Senior Talent Development Analyst at Raytheon from July 2017 to May 2020, and served as a Management Assistant/Deputy Clerk at Northwest Fire District from March 2015 to July 2017, where responsibilities included elections monitoring, HR support, and training coordination. Heather’s background also includes legal experience as a Criminal Paralegal at the Pima County Attorney Office and as a Paralegal at the Law Office of Reagen Kulseth.
