Thomas Schiera

Thomas Schiera currently serves as Managing Director and Co-Deputy General Counsel at The Tudor Group, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas accumulated extensive experience at Element Capital Management, where responsibilities included Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel from November 2016 to September 2024, as well as roles as Associate General Counsel and Senior Compliance Officer. Thomas also worked at Tudor Investment Corporation as Vice President and Associate General Counsel from January 2014 to November 2016 and began their career as an Associate at Bingham McCutchen from October 2007 to December 2013. Thomas holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, obtained in 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Boston College, earned in 2002.
