Aviad Betesh

Aviad Betesh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development leadership within the cybersecurity and technology sectors. Currently serving as Global Director of R&D at Tufin since January 2023, Aviad previously held the same title at Cognyte from February 2021 to December 2022 and was a Global R&D Manager at Verint from 2014 to February 2021. Aviad's career began as a Java Developer at Amdocs, followed by a role as a J2EE Developer at AT&T. With a proven track record in building R&D teams, managing large-scale development efforts, and delivering numerous projects, Aviad combines technical expertise with an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Computer Science and Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
