Garrett Gillespie

Garrett Gillespie, JD, CHIE, currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Tufts Medicine, a role commenced in October 2024. Previously, Garrett held the position of Trust & Compliance Strategic Lead at Verily from April 2022 to September 2024, delivering strategic and regulatory guidance across a diverse range of health products. Prior to Verily, Garrett was the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Compliance Officer at Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan from 2016 to 2022. Engagement with the Healthcare Financial Management Association included past presidency and committee leadership. Additional experience includes participation in executive leadership programs at America's Health Insurance Plans and legal counsel for CVS Health's MinuteClinic. Garrett holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in History from Yale University.
