Janet Hill

Janet Hill serves as the Director of Information Technology Experience and Engagement at Tufts University since December 2010, overseeing user engagement, service delivery, and IT educational programming. Previous roles at Tufts include Director of Educational Technology Systems and Services, Associate Director of Educational Technology, and Manager of Learning Management System Services. Hill was also Chair and Member of the Board of Trustees at NERCOMP from April 2019 to May 2022. Before Tufts, Hill worked at Brandeis University in multiple capacities, including Associate Director for Teaching Technology and Academic Systems Project Manager, enhancing educational technology and supporting faculty and students. Early career positions included reference and cataloging roles at Emerson College. Janet Hill holds an MS in Information Technology Management from Brandeis University and has a background in music education from Berklee College of Music.
