Tom Lyons

Tom Lyons is a dedicated Computer Engineering student at Tufts University, expected to graduate in 2025. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at Tufts, Tom instructs courses in Digital Logic, Embedded Systems, Data Structures, and Simple Robotics, while providing valuable support to over 250 students. Tom has gained practical experience through internships at NVIDIA and STR, focusing on ASIC verification and embedded systems cybersecurity. Additionally, involvement as an Outreach Learning Fellow at Tufts University Center for Engineering Education and Outreach highlights a commitment to enhancing engineering education for underrepresented groups, along with previous experience in teaching Python and robotics in engineering design labs.
