The Hockey Operations team at the Tulsa Oilers is responsible for all aspects related to on-ice performance and player management. This includes talent scouting, coaching, player development, and equipment management. Led by the General Manager and Head Coach, the team collaborates to build a competitive roster while ensuring players are well-equipped and supported both on and off the ice, enhancing the overall game experience for fans and bolstering the franchise’s success.
