Sergey Karmalito

Sergey Karmalito is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Currently serving as the Global CFO at Tumodo since February 2024, Karmalito previously held the position of CFO and Head of Corporate Finance at Evocargo, where responsibilities included building financial structures for autonomous logistics solutions and preparing for financing rounds. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Finance Solutions at Weybridge Partners Ltd, focusing on mid-market corporate finance, and a significant tenure at HSBC as Director of Export & Asset Finance for Sub-Saharan Africa, leading large-scale transactions worth approximately $2.3 billion. Karmalito also has a strong background in project and export finance from roles at Crédit Agricole CIB. The academic foundation includes a Master's degree in International Credit & Finance from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
